Permitted use

You may scan a public website you own, manage, or are authorised to assess. You must not use Intmark Signal to probe private systems, bypass access controls, overload third-party services, or conduct unlawful activity.

The report

Reports are point-in-time diagnostics based on a bounded sample of public pages. They do not include private analytics or proprietary search indexes and do not guarantee traffic, ranking, inclusion, revenue, or legal compliance.

Payment and access

The displayed price covers one report for the website submitted at checkout. The Stripe success URL is the private access link. Keep it secure. Repeated or abusive automated access may be limited.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a payment or report issue, contact William Lake on LinkedIn.
