ABOUT INTMARK SIGNAL

Evidence before optimisation.

Intmark Signal is a focused website auditing product operated from Brisbane, Australia. It turns public website evidence into a bounded, repeatable report rather than an open-ended consulting engagement.

01

What the product measures

Signal reads a controlled sample of public HTML pages and supporting files such as robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt. It checks whether the website can be discovered, whether its organisation and offers are expressed as structured entities, whether page titles and headings explain their subjects, and whether a buyer can find a credible next step. Each check has a fixed weight, an observed finding, and a specific recommendation.

The method is intentionally inspectable. The report does not invent a strategy from a short prompt or present generated prose as evidence. It starts with what the website actually returns to a crawler, records the signals it can verify, and separates passed foundations from warnings and failures.

02

How a scan is bounded

The crawler begins at the submitted homepage, follows a limited set of representative internal links, and applies strict limits to page size, redirects, request time, and crawl depth. Local addresses, private networks, unusual ports, and unsafe targets are rejected. The service does not authenticate to the website, submit its forms, change its content, or request access to analytics and internal systems.

This boundary keeps the result reproducible and makes the report suitable for public business websites. It also means the report is a point-in-time diagnostic. A future deployment, content edit, hosting problem, or changed crawler response can produce a different result.

Who operates Intmark

Intmark Signal is operated by William Lake from Brisbane, Queensland. William’s background spans website development, integration engineering, automation, and the practical work of connecting public web experiences to the systems behind them. That perspective shapes the report: discovery and content matter, but so do reliable forms, unambiguous offers, safe delivery, and a traceable path from a visitor’s question to a business outcome.

William’s public professional profile is available on LinkedIn. It is also the support and privacy contact for this product while Intmark operates without a separate customer account system or support inbox.

What the score does not promise

A strong evidence score means the sampled website satisfies the published technical and content checks. It does not guarantee a position in Google, a citation from an AI answer engine, increased traffic, legal compliance, or commercial performance. Search systems use proprietary indexes and signals that no public crawler can fully reproduce.

The score is best used as a repair order. Resolve failed access and identity checks first, then improve clarity, trust, conversion, and delivery. The value is not the number alone; it is knowing which observable gaps should be fixed next and why.
